Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

MIMIX Materials
MIMIX panels are made to order based on the size, thickness, sheen, and finish selected at the time of purchase. Because these products are produced specifically for each order, MIMIX material orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, excess material, incorrect quantities, or incorrect specifications selected by the customer.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact Plumule Interiors immediately. A cancellation or modification may be accepted only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Damage in Transit
Customers must inspect freight upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or packaging damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Photographs of the shipment, packaging, and affected material should be taken and retained.

Please contact Plumule Interiors promptly at info@plumuleinteriors.com with the order number, photographs, and details of the issue so we can assist with the freight claim process.

Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Product
If material arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the product specifications ordered, contact us before cutting, machining, edgebanding, installing, or otherwise altering the material.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Plumule Interiors will work with the customer toward an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, credit, or refund where applicable.

Material that has been fabricated, cut, drilled, machined, installed, or otherwise altered generally cannot be returned unless the underlying issue could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.

Natural Wood Variation
MIMIX incorporates real wood veneer. Natural variation in grain, figure, tone, and appearance is inherent to real wood and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Digital imagery and monitor settings may also vary from the appearance of the physical material. Samples are recommended when exact appearance is important.

Other Products
Return and cancellation eligibility for products other than MIMIX may vary by product or collection and will be governed by the terms stated on the applicable product page or order documentation.
